Important Information Before Registration

1. School Registration

The school registration fee is ₹700.
This is a one-time payment, irrespective of:
- Number of participants
- Number of departments selected

2. Details Required for School Registration

Please keep the following information ready:

Number of departments chosen for participation
Details of the Overall In-charge:
- Name
- Contact Number
- Email ID
Details of Department In-charges (for each participating department):
- Name
- Contact Number
- Email ID

Note:

The same person may serve as in-charge for multiple departments.
However, they will need to manage separate dashboards for each department.
After registration and approval by the host school, a confirmation email will be sent with further instructions.

3. Last Date of Registration

School Registration: Before 20th April, 2026 (9 pm)

Department Registration: Before 23rd April, 2026 (10 am)

Student Registration

Registration fee per student: ₹500
This is a one-time fee, regardless of the number of departments a student participates in.
A student may participate in multiple departments, provided their events are not scheduled on the same day.
